Our vision for integrated care

Enabling the best possible integrated care accessible to all

Welcome to the Integrated Care Academy – trusted integrated care experts.

The Integrated Care Academy (ICA) is dedicated to enabling the best possible person-centred and integrated care for all, responsive to the needs of individuals in the context of the people who care for them and the community they live in.

Why is integrated care needed?

Integrated care is essential for improving health outcomes for those requiring coordinated health and care services.

By bridging multi-organisational boundaries, the ICA brings together all necessary components of care and support to ensure services are accessible, inclusive, valuable, and effective for those who use and provide services.
