Data Privacy and Policies

The Integrated Care Academy is hosted by the University of Suffolk and has to comply with the UK General Data Protection Regulations (UK GDPR) which is tailored by the Data Protection Act 2018.

This legislation relates to the processing of personal data about identifiable, living individuals. Under this legislation there are requirements which the ICA has to comply with for the processing of data, ensuring that the rights of individuals are protected and placing duties upon those who decide who and why such data is processed.
